Plenty of malls elsewhere. Not what I go to Bali for.

Real Bali travelers like the old Bali but for more then 10 years they are building stupid buildings that has nothing to do with Bali Same like the hotels they are to big and to modern and to many I think even the Gods leaving Bali !

I HONESTLY THINK THEY TRIED TO PUT TOO MANY THINGS IN THE MALL.....TOO MANY GIMMICKS. THE FLOATING MARKET LOOKS CHEAP AND FORCED 👎 THANKS FOR SHOWING US, IT IS NOT SOMETHING THAT I WOULD GO AND SEE......ESPECIALLY IN BALI. 🕊🐘✨️🙌💙🙏💚🙏💙🙏🙌✨️🦋🐝

Oh my goodness.. We probably walked passed you yesterday, currently at the Melia.

This place was the biggest hole I have ever visited. You can't walk anywhere. Everything looks the same. Traffic is insane. Glad to be home and never going there again.

Candidasa isn’t exactly a nice area in itself , however virgin beach and the inland ancient villages are worth a visit . Also Vinci ts restaurant was incredible food although at the upper price range

Maybe they can turn the ground floor of the former Matahari shop into a temporary parking space for scooters? It's empty anyway.

I am glad they went back to their normal name Kuta Beach Club, I stayed there my first trip in 1980 and stay there every year.

Great blog unfortunately Kuta ay days are gone thanks to Canggu lots of their business they have to relocate to the in Area...also anything about raising Tax $$ to tourists 🤔if I’m sure tourists with family will be to expensive

Maybe it's a good thing that some of the businesses have not reopened since Covid-19, as there are way too many businesses of every kind already - including a lot of new ones. Otherwise it's impossible for everybody to make enough money.
